Position:                   Desktop Support (1-3 yrs)

Location:                   Mumbai, India

Technical Skills:

• Installation of Operating System Win XP, Win 7, Win 8, Win Server 2008, Ubuntu, Debian
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance of PCs, LAN
• Fault finding & trouble shooting of Monitor, SMPS, Mother Board, HDD
• Installation of various software & Deployment of software & Services
• Installation of Device drivers & Hardware components.
• Installation & Configuration of Printer, Modem, Scanner, File Server, NAS
• Knowledge of using Open Source Software i.e. Pfsense Firewall, Open Office, Debian File Server, Etc.
• Knowledge of Mail Application i.e. Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird
• Knowledge of VPN, Proxy, Etc.
• Supporting and Resolving IT infra call i.e. PC, Basic Network, UPS, Etc.
• Setting of small & medium sized networks with bus & star topology
• Cabling & Crimping for system, hub, switches & routers
• Network devices repeater, Hub and Switches & Routers etc.
• TCP/IP services, IP addressing & Sub-netting
• Monitoring LAN and WAN in Pfsense or Network Monitoring Tools
• Coordination with ISP, Third party Vendor the resolve Problem pending from their end
