Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings,

Serve as the primary point of contact for
escalations reaching the CEO’s level.
Collaborate with appropriate department heads to

Assess the need for CEO involvement in escalations
and facilitate communication.
Maintain a detailed log of escalations, actions
taken, and resolutions achieved.
Communication & Liaison:
Act as a bridge between the CEO and
internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and effective communication with
customers and team members.
Represent the CEO professionally in correspondence
and interactions.
Administrative Excellence:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support
the CEO’s productivity.
Streamline processes and workflows for efficiency.
Maintain organized records and documentation.
