Responsibilities/Duties:

-          Drive sales initiatives strategically, aiming to exceed sales targets and expand market presence.

-          Knowledge about IOT Solution (RFID, IoT Automation SaaS & GPS Technology)

-          Software – TMS (Transportation Management System). See preferences of TMS from company like Oracle, JDA (BY), Pando, Sap etc.

-          Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team with a focus on technical IT solutions in the supply chain sector.

-          Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in various industries, including cement, metals, chemicals, and FMCG.

-          Work closely with senior management to develop sales strategies that incorporate IT solutions and align with the specific needs of relevant industries.

-          Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to sectors like cement, metals, chemicals, and FMCG.

-          Offer expert insights to the product development team, ensuring our solutions cater to the specific IT requirements of the supply chain market in these sectors.

-          Facilitate high-level negotiations and manage significant sales contracts, focusing on long- term partnerships.

-          Represent the company at major industry events, with a focus on networking with leaders of supply chain domain.
