Position: Application Support Engineer(1-3 yrs)
Location: Mumbai, India
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Resolves Software or Service problems via phone, email, mail, or social media; Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Proactive Monitoring of Software solution and Service Uptime
- Maintaining Customer Records related to their queries and issues
- Understanding of customer requirements by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Use telephones or Customer Visits to reach out to customers to serve in better way
- Need to process high volume of data accurately and for extended period
- Preparing Performance reports, Trend analysis
- Prepare Presentations
- Client Visits across pan India
- Jira, Zoho.
