Management Team
Suresh Sachdev
Suresh Sachdev is the driving force behind Autoplant and plays the role for Chief Executive. Prior to this, Suresh was instrumental in setting up Novire Technologies and growing it into one of the leaders in the vehicle tracking space. He has over 18 year of experience in supply chain & software solutions.
Hiten Varia
Hiten Varia is one of the founding team at Autoplant. He built his career with EDS and i2. At i2, Hiten was one of the key members of the executive team. He was executive vice president of global customer operations and chief customer officer for over 16 years.
Venky Nayar
Venky Nayar is one of the co-founders of Autoplant. Prior to joining the team he was based out of Singapore with i2 Technologies – leading the SE Asia and Australia regions. Venky trained to be an engineer at IIT Madras and followed it with an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He brings to the team over 15 years of experience in the supply chain planning and optimization space.
He wants Autoplant to be the provider of simple solutions to complex logistics problems – and knows that what Autoplant offers is just right.
Prabhu Natrajan
Prabhu Natrajan has over 22 years of experience, out of which 16 years was in supply chain working with i2 Technologies worldwide and then with JDA (USA), He has held various management positions in America & Asia Pacific. He has over 10 years of software, implementation services & managed services & hosting services, business development and delivery management experience with P&L responsibility.
He has extensive analytical skills in the areas of financial management, cost and benchmark data analysis.
Uma Rajan
Uma is an experienced private equity investor consultant and advisor. She worked with the Seven Hills Private Equity group headquartered in New York, US. During her time, she took significant exposure to cross-border investing, venture capital, distressed investing, and incubating new companies where she developed the overall strategy within the group.
She also worked with JWT as Account Director handling Unilever with a particular focus on their marketing strategies. Uma has a B.S. in Economics and Masters in Operations and Finance from TISS, Mumbai and an Mphil from UCLA and Center for Organization Development, Hyderabad.
